Dedication POW/MIA Reflection Pond @ OHIO VETERANS' MEMORIAL PARK

September of 2010 marked the beginning of the newest area of the park the POW / MIA Reflection Pond. The pond was dedicated on November 13th, 2010.

The Ohio Veterans' Memorial Park is the home of The Ohio Vietnam Veterans' Memorial Wall. This 125 foot long black granite wall is the longest free standing monument in the United States.

The polished black granite wall is engraved with the names of 3,094 men and 1 woman who gave their lives in combat in Southeast Asia during the Vietnam War.

The back of the wall is engraved with the histories of every war that Ohio has been involved, beginning with the War Of 1812.
