Ohio Veterans' Memorial Park and the Strongsville V.F.W. Post 3345, Massillon american legion riders post 221, and Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 717 along with special guest and POW Vern Westfall, U.S. Air Force pilot, Viet Nam as we unveil the 8x50 foot POW/MIA wall.
